We’ve got multiple options for you to choose from, including a conference room, small meeting room, open plan coworking and kitchen space, plus a spacious outdoor patio and gardens for the perfect summer party.
Conference Room
Up to 20 seater boardroom style. Natural light, high-tech conference facilities, TV, air-con and heating. Tea and coffee included.
Small Meeting Room
Up to 8 people boardroom style. Natural light, high-tech conference facilities, TV, air-con and heating. Tea and coffee included.
Co working space
A fabulous open plan space with a variety of options for hosting networking and social events. High spec kitchen, breakfast bar and large screen TV.
We can help you with sourcing local catering, refreshments and to greet your guests on arrival. Plus, the real cherry on top of this cake, (and yes, there is always cake!) is that we have a ready-made business network to promote your event to if needed.
Our Outdoor Space
For those balmy summer evenings or bundle up winter warmers, we’ve got the most amazing outdoor space. Surrounded by beautiful countryside we can arrange food vans, an open bar, DJ and marquee or teepees for an event to remember, check out our video celebrating the residence third birthday party.
I used The Residence conference room for a workshop recently and the experience was fantastic. Super easy to book through their app or via email and it’s easy to change the date if needed. On the day, Laura made sure everything was ready for me and took care to make sure my laptop was connected to the screen. Tea and coffee, plates etc were provided and I they would have organised catering if needed. The environment is beautiful and very professional looking, while being friendly and comfortable.
Everyone is super friendly and welcoming too! I would recommend this co-working space to anyone needing either a desk for the day or a space for meetings and workshops.
Upcoming Events
So far this year we’ve launched businesses with brand shoots, danced the night away with a business Birthday celebration in the gardens and welcomed the hottest ladies networking groups including The Rising Tide, Six Figure Females and Women in Business.
We’ve hosted workshops on finance, HRT, styling and even helping kids get back into school.

We chose The Residence Coworking to host both our annual Christmas party and our first business anniversary, and it couldn’t have been more perfect! The space is warm, inviting, and beautifully designed, creating the ideal atmosphere for our community of female business owners and entrepreneurs. It had everything we needed to make both evenings truly memorable. We’re already looking forward to hosting more events at The Residence!
